I offer asynchronous distance education courses. Why do I have to send you affidavits stating how long it took to complete the course? |
| Affidavits are required for asynchronous distance courses in order to verify the correct amount of PDH credit is being granted. The number of PDHs granted for completion of the activity should be the average time taken by the sample group of professionals. These professionals must sign affidavits stating the length of time it took to complete the activity. The affidavits must be kept on file by the provider with other activity documents for six years.
